Classical Scientific

 

The Universe is an orderly place like a giant complex machine. There is no evidence of supernatural events and no need to postulate the existence of a deity to explain the origin and functioning of the Universe or the origin of life. Human beings evolved as per Darwin's insights as a result of gradual random variation and natural selection. There is no absolute morality and good or bad events are judged as to their effect on species. Life and death has no meaning other than what each individual defines that to be. Given enough time and resources human beings, as an intelligent species, will eventually understand exactly how the Universe functions and be able to describe reality through the use of the scientific method.
